Data-subject request

To exercise your rights, email info@klinikaluc.lv from the address used for the portal or send a signed request to SIA “LUC MEDICAL”, Rīgas iela 54A, Daugavpils, LV-5401.

Provide your name, contact details, the nature of the request and, where possible, the consultation date. Do not send a passport copy by ordinary email. If existing information is insufficient to verify identity safely, we will offer an additional secure verification method.

We will register the request and respond without undue delay, normally within one month. For a complex request or numerous requests, the GDPR allows a further two-month extension with timely notice.

The right to erasure is not absolute: medical, payment or other records may have to be retained for a statutory period. In that case we will explain the reason and the other rights available to you.
